How often do we call on our legislative leaders to do nothing? In the wake of the state's highest court ruling the death penalty statute unconstitutional last month, I call on Governor Pataki, Senator Bruno and Assembly Speaker Silver to do nothing to resurrect this flawed law.
I call on them to stop spending our money …
